Protocol P (Andreas Kalcker): 1-Month Directions + Mechanism of Action

Protocol P from Forbidden Health (published by Andreas Kalcker in 2019) explores alternative health treatments focused on parasite cleansing, detoxification, and immune support. The protocol combines specific compounds and routines over a structured one-month plan, followed by a full rest period.

Protocol P by Kalcker: Directions for 1 Month

Below is the structured month-long plan. It includes scheduled compounds, cleansing steps, and a final rest phase.

  1. Pyrantel Pamoate: 10 mg/kg, taken on the morning of Day 1 and Day 5 with liquid.
  2. Diatomaceous Earth: 1 teaspoon, twice daily with meals (morning and evening) on Days 1–18.
  3. Mebendazole: 100 mg every 12 hours (morning and evening) on Days 2–4 and Days 6–8.
  4. Castor Oil: 2 tablespoons, taken on an empty stomach on Days 3, 6, and 9–18. Stop in case of continuous diarrhea.
  5. Enemas: Saline or herbal on Days 2–18. Continue as long as possible.
  6. Neem infusion (Azadirachta indica): Three level teaspoons in one liter of water. Boil for 5 minutes and drink throughout the day. Neem capsules can also be used since the infusion is very bitter. Continue through Days 9–18.
  7. Rest phase: Take a rest for Days 19–30 without any medications.

📌 If, after the third month, there are still parasites or excess mucus, the protocol can be repeated from the beginning.

Protocol P by Kalcker: Mechanism of Action

This protocol uses compounds such as pyrantel pamoate and mebendazole to directly target parasite physiology. Pyrantel pamoate is described as paralyzing parasites, while mebendazole is described as disrupting cellular structures. In addition, diatomaceous earth is presented as supporting detoxification by binding to toxins and reducing reabsorption in the gut.

Finally, castor oil is included to help facilitate the exit of toxins from the body. Overall, Protocol P is part of Kalcker’s broader work focused on comprehensive, natural, and repurposed solutions in alternative health.
